A leading European manufacturer establishing its India shared-services centre

Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad — or Remote (India)

About the Company

A leading European manufacturer is setting up its India operations and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its territory sales team. You will own a defined territory end to end and grow it from the ground up. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will own revenue, distribution, and customer growth across your assigned territory, turning a market map into a predictable, growing book of business.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Ownership

  • Own sales targets and the growth plan for your territory
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors and key buyers
  • Map the market and prioritise high-potential accounts

Execution and Reporting

  • Run the full cycle from prospecting to close within the territory
  • Track coverage, pipeline, and conversion against targets
  • Report territory performance and field insights to leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 7 years in territory, field, or distribution sales
  • A record of growing a territory or region against quota
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on with CRM tools and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B distribution sales
  • Familiarity with channel and distributor management
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
