Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dibrugarh East for a Territory Sales Manager. Responsibilities include driving sales growth in the assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with merchants and customers, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and overseeing the training, support, and management of the field sales team. Additionally, the Territory Sales Manager will implement strategies to achieve company targets while maintaining operational excellence within the region.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven Sales expertise, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Experience in Training and guiding sales teams to drive business performance
  • Demonstrated competency in Sales Management, including planning and monitoring team activities
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills
  • Profound understanding of the local market in Dibrugarh East
  • Prior experience in the financial or banking sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
