Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Delhi. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in their assigned area by identifying and engaging with prospective clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks may include meeting sales targets, delivering presentations, training and leading sales teams, preparing reports, and continuously identifying opportunities for market expansion and customer satisfaction improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and address their needs
  • Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and strategizing for growth
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions and coaching team members to achieve objectives
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to work proactively in an on-site environment and travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in educational services, skill development, or tech-related industries is an advantage
  • Should own car & license and willing for extensive travel
  • Should be an individual contributor for the region
