We're looking for a high-performing sales professional with 6–8 years of experience in medical devices, dental, orthodontic, healthcare, or premium product sales to drive business growth in a high-potential territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Consultatively sell digital workflow solutions to dentists, orthodontists, and healthcare professionals
• Build strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and laboratory partners
• Increase product adoption, usage, and productivity within existing accounts
• Develop and execute territory growth plans and sales strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to maximize market penetration
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Ideal Candidate:
• 6–8 years of sales experience in Dental, Orthodontic, Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharma industries
• Strong expertise in selling premium, value-based products
• Experience working with distributors and channel partners
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and business planning skills
• Self-driven, analytical, and target-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in dental technology, orthodontic products, intraoral scanners, implants, or related healthcare solutions is preferred
