Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Territory Sales Manager in the Critical Care and Medical Devices segment, based in Chennai. The role involves managing and growing sales in the assigned territory through effective promotion of Romsons products. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, providing training and support to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and address client concerns.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and managing sales cycles.
  • Ability to provide Training and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in medical devices or critical care sales is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
