Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Territory Management
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify and acquire new industrial and OEM customers within the assigned region.
- Drive project-based and recurring business opportunities in the construction chemicals segment.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, industrial clients, corporate accounts, government bodies, and institutional customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and after-sales support.
Industrial & OEM Sales Development
- Promote adhesives, resins, and epoxy solutions to manufacturers and industrial buyers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Expand distribution networks and strengthen channel partnerships where applicable.
Market Analysis & Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Track industry trends and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance competitive positioning.
Product Demonstration & Technical Support
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of product applications and benefits.
- Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and application guidance to clients.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to support product trials and approvals.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Monitor territory performance and provide insights on market trends to management.
