Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Territory Management

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and acquire new industrial and OEM customers within the assigned region.
  • Drive project-based and recurring business opportunities in the construction chemicals segment.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, industrial clients, corporate accounts, government bodies, and institutional customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and after-sales support.

Industrial & OEM Sales Development

  • Promote adhesives, resins, and epoxy solutions to manufacturers and industrial buyers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
  • Expand distribution networks and strengthen channel partnerships where applicable.

Market Analysis & Business Development

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Track industry trends and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance competitive positioning.

Product Demonstration & Technical Support

  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of product applications and benefits.
  • Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and application guidance to clients.
  • Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to support product trials and approvals.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Monitor territory performance and provide insights on market trends to management.
