Role Description

This full-time, remote position of Territory Sales Manager involves developing and maintaining strong customer and client relationships, driving sales to achieve targets, and educating buyers on product offerings. Responsibilities include managing accounts, providing training to sales teams, and ensuring top-notch customer service while identifying opportunities for growth within the assigned territory. The role will also require creating sales strategies to maximize market reach and performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, partners, and team members effectively
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Capability in Training and mentoring sales teams to drive performance and development
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or FMCG industries is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
