Territory Sales Executive – Beer (On-Trade), Delhi

Chaar Craft Brewing Pvt Ltd. is a part of the Pacific Spirits group. The group has been part of India's beverage story since 1994 — from pioneering canned beer to brewing some of the country's best-known names. We're now building the next chapter with two beers people are excited about: CHAAR, our homegrown craft label & Stroh's Detroit Strong, the iconic American brand in 500 ml cans. We're looking for a Territory Sales Executive to put both brands behind the bar and on the menu across Delhi.

The role

You'll own on-trade sales for CHAAR & Stroh's Detroit Strong across your Delhi territory — getting our beer onto more menus, more chillers, and into more glasses across the city's bars, restaurants, hotels, and clubs. It's a hands-on, in-the-market role for someone who knows Delhi's HoReCa scene and loves building it account by account.

What you'll do

- Drive primary & secondary sales of CHAAR & Stroh's Detroit Strong (500 ml cans) across on-trade — bars, pubs, restaurants, clubs, hotels, and HoReCa accounts

- Open new accounts and grow distribution across your territory (new account additions, menu and chiller placement)

- Get our brands on chillers, drink menus, and pouring lines wherever possible

- Build strong relationships with F&B managers, owners, bartenders, and floor staff to drive pouring preference and reorders

- Plan and execute on-premise activations — sampling, tastings, brand nights, bartender engagement, and promotions

- Manage stock and outlet orders to ensure timely replenishment and zero out-of-stocks

- Hit monthly volume, distribution, and activation targets

- Track competitor pricing, schemes, menu placements, and activations; share market intelligence with the team

- Operate within Delhi excise regulations and ensure compliant trade practices

What you'll bring

- 3-5 years in on-trade / HoReCa field sales, ideally in beer, alcobev, or FMCG

- Familiarity with Delhi's bar, restaurant, club, and hotel landscape

- Hunger to open new accounts and a record of hitting targets

- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and people skills

- Comfort working evenings and occasional weekends for outlet visits and activations

- Comfortable in the field daily, with willingness to travel across Delhi

- Graduate degree

Bonus points

- Existing relationships with Delhi HoReCa accounts, F&B managers, or bartenders

- Experience launching or scaling a new beer / alcobev brand on-trade

- Familiarity with Delhi excise norms and on-premise licensing

- Comfort with sales reporting tools

- CHAAR & Stroh's Detroit Strong available and pouring across your territory's key on-trade accounts

- Month-on-month growth in volume and active outlets

- Strong relationships across F&B teams, ownership, and the bartender community that make us a priority on the menu
