Job Description:
SOLIZE is seeking a Territory Sales Manager –West Region to drive new business acquisition and account growth across Government (Aerospace, Defence, PSUs, R&D Labs) and Commercial (OEMs, Tier-1s, private enterprises) sectors.
The role involves promoting Hexagon, VI Grade and Dassault solutions, identifying customer engineering challenges, and proposing value-based software solutions. The candidate will lead regional sales efforts and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver high-impact results.
Summary:
•5+ years of sales experience in industries such as Automotive, Defence, Industrial Equipment and other manufacturing segments. Experience of sales in Academic segment will be an added advantage.
•The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the regional sales for the West region and maximize profitable revenue, focusing mainly on following product lines: Dassault Systems, Hexagon MSC Software and VI Grade.
•Candidate should have considerable prior experience in software sales, working as a part of sales team in reputed companies.
Experience:
1)Should have 5+ years of relevant sales experience in selling Mechanical Engineering Software Solutions (CAD / CAE Software solutions)
2)Sound knowledge of Automotive, Defense, other emerging industries and Academia in East region
3)Candidates with experience of selling high technology products and solutions to the target industries are also welcome to apply
4)Experience in selling high value capital goods
5)Experience of selling engineering software is preferred
6)Track record of having visualized & executed business development, sales & people management functions for a high growth & competitive geography.
Functional Skills:
1)Identify potential prospects and nurture the same for lead generation, to achieve defined revenue targets for the region
2)Collaborating with other members of regional sales team and technical support team to achieve defined revenue targets for the region
3)Should be open to travel as required and have a hands-on approach to effectively manage the territory
