As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Territory Service Manager to join our family.

What Your Role Entails

Responsible to generate business for the Line of Business by achieving targets and following up the payments. Retaining high end customers and converting them for long term relationships. Responsible for territory and market development.

What You'll Do

Industry-Specific Sales Experience

  • Promote and sell Capital Equipments , Industrial Machinery, Compressors , Injection Moulding , CNC Machines, or Industries like Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Railways, Metals & Alloys, Pipe and Tube Mfg.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive new business development and contribute to the growth and profitability of the assigned line of business.
  • Generate sales orders from customers and manage complete documentation throughout the sales process.
  • Focus on concept-based selling while maximizing organizational profitability.

Product & Technical Knowledge

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of product/system specifications and physical properties.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry standards and market practices to ensure competitive positioning.

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, customer demand, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop strong understanding of import and export requirements related to various products.

Customer Service & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Dealer & Channel Management

  • Identify, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors to expand market reach.

Your success is grounded in

Educational Background: An Engineering degree (preferred) , Diploma

Experience: 3 + years of Direct Sales experience

Location: Chennai
