Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to drive project sales of construction chemical products across large infrastructure and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, industry connections, and proven sales experience in project-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and promotion of construction chemical products.
Handle large infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, highways, metro, industrial, government, tunnels, airports, and housing projects.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, project heads, and key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads.
Achieve assigned project-based sales targets.
Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.
Ensure timely coordination with internal teams for execution and delivery.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience & Skills
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project sales/Technical Services
Mandatory experience in construction chemicals.
Exposure to large infrastructure projects is essential.
Strong network with contractors, consultants, and infrastructure companies.
Result-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in handling government and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong technical understanding of construction chemicals.
