Job Description:

We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager for a global life sciences organization in the Capsules & Health Ingredients space. This role is focused on driving B2B sales with pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies catering to regulated markets such as US, EU, Japan, and TGA.

YOUR IMPACT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the sales target for the assigned territory
  • Drive business development with pharma & nutraceutical manufacturers
  • Manage key and potential accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Handle commercial negotiations and ensure timely collections
  • Support new product introductions and technical discussions with customers
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and growth opportunities
  • Develop strategies to expand business in regulated generic market

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 610 years of B2B sales / business development experience
  • Background in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industry
  • Experience working with generic pharma companies exporting to US/EU/Japan/TGA markets
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder handling skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone who understands regulated markets (ANDA-driven generics)
  • Strong account management + revenue ownership experience
  • Ability to build strategic customer partnerships
