Role Objective:
To drive sales growth, develop and manage key accounts, and expand market share for the orthotics product portfolio in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
• Develop and implement territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and onboard new customers (orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals, and distributors).
• Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Manage distributor / dealer network and ensure their performance in terms of coverage and sales.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
• Support marketing initiatives, conferences, and local promotional activities.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and customer interactions.
Candidate Profile
• Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Physiotherapy / Business. MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in medical devices / orthopaedics / rehabilitation / pharma sales.
• Strong territory management skills with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals & clinics in respective markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
