Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Indore. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within their assigned region, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and establish strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing a sales team, conducting training sessions, and achieving sales targets while upholding the company's values.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive success in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Competence in Training and mentoring a sales team to achieve high performance
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry or managing territorial sales is a plus
