Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Coimbatore. The role involves managing and developing a network of clients and partners, driving sales growth in the assigned territory. The individual will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, building client relationships, and providing training to channel partners or sales staff. The Territory Sales Manager will also evaluate market trends and identify opportunities to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and support clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Experience in Training and coaching sales teams or channel partners to enhance performance and product knowledge
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge or experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is an advantage
