Critical Tasks

Year 1 - Gather Market Intelligence Phase 1 , Phase -2 Channel Development & Key Account development

Year 2 Attain market share in product categories through sales volumes and specification value

Decision making authority (Decisions expected)

  • Understanding various schemes and road maps and implementing strategy to counter and gain market share
  • Allocating responsibility to right channel partners authorization to reach a y-o-y growth as defined by company management
  • Product positioning for specification required by influencers & negotiate pricing within the price policy guidelines set by company.
  • Analyze market opportunity and develop win-win business relationships for potential partners
  • In charge of the business relationship with all potential and existing clients in the designated area, assess sales opportunities, develop and present creative proposals that ensure closing the sale
