Role Summary
This is a
field sales role responsible for driving B2B business within the assigned territory. The candidate will work closely with distributors, pet stores, and veterinary clinics to grow sales and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales targets through regular field visits
- Appoint and manage distributors and retail partners
- Develop new B2B clients (pet stores, vets, groomers)
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 1–4 years of B2B/field sales experience
- Strong distributor/channel management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (on-field role)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
