Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Executive based in Siliguri. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities in the assigned region, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role will also include promoting Vision Rx Lab's premium eye-care products, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Frequent travel within the assigned territory may be required to engage with clients and attend meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development abilities, including identifying opportunities and achieving targets
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and effective communication
  • Knowledge of the optical or healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Organizational and time management expertise to manage a diverse customer base across a large territory
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and prepare actionable reports
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the team
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
