Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Territory Sales Executive. The role involves managing and developing sales territories, building strong client relationships, and promoting The Oven Co.s range of kitchen equipment solutions to clients. The Territory Sales Executive will identify potential clients, deliver product presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide outstanding customer support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales metrics, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, territory management, and lead generation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations, commercial kitchen equipment, or food service industry experience is preferred
  • Analytical abilities and experience in using sales data and market trends to drive strategies
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
