Job Title: Territory Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary Budget: Up to 25,000
Key Responsibility:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the builder and project segment
- Establish strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and consultants
- Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions at project sites
- Coordinate with internal technical and supply chain teams for smooth execution
- Track upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
- Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts as per company guidelines
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
- Monitor competitor activity in project specifications
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 13 years of experience in project sales in Paint / Building Materials industry
- Strong network with builders and contractors in Ahmedabad
- Experience in handling institutional or B2B sales
- Good technical understanding of construction materials
