Job Description

Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary Budget: Up to 25,000

Key Responsibility:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the builder and project segment
  • Establish strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and consultants
  • Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions at project sites
  • Coordinate with internal technical and supply chain teams for smooth execution
  • Track upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts as per company guidelines
  • Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
  • Monitor competitor activity in project specifications
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in project sales in Paint / Building Materials industry
  • Strong network with builders and contractors in Ahmedabad
  • Experience in handling institutional or B2B sales
  • Good technical understanding of construction materials
