The Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Territory Sales Executive to join our Spine Division. In this role, you will be the face of S3V, driving business development while providing critical clinical support within the Operating Theatre (OT).
Key Responsibilities:
● Business Development: Drive sales for spine products and achieve monthly/quarterly targets within your assigned territory.
● Clinical Support: Provide on-ground assistance during spine surgeries, ensuring correct product usage and surgeon satisfaction.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust partnerships with spine surgeons, OT staff, and hospital stakeholders.
● KOL Development: Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive clinical advocacy and brand loyalty.
● Market Strategy: Conduct product demonstrations and clinical discussions, using data-driven insights to expand our customer base.
● Collaboration: Coordinate with internal logistics, marketing, and clinical support teams for seamless execution.
Required Skills & Competencies:
● Experience: 1–3 years in medical device sales, specifically handling spine implants and instruments.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical, or Pharmacy. An MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
● Clinical Knowledge: A deep understanding of spine procedures and a proven ability to operate in high-pressure OT environments.
● Network: An established network of spine surgeons and hospitals in the territory.
● Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a high level of accountability.
