Job Summary:
Territory Sales oversee sales operations, promotes playground equipment to various institutions,
and builds strong customer relationships. The role includes developing strategic sales plans,
achieving targets, leading a sales team, and aligning with company goals.
IMPORTANT: CONSIDERING CANDIDATES FROM BUILDING MATERIAL BACKGROUND
Responsibility:
Identify and convert new clients through networking.
Visit prospects and top clients regularly. (Create and visit new Prospect-school, Builders,
Architects, Hotels & resorts.)
Appoint and manage dealers.
Close deals with direct clients and clear outstanding payments.
Update inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on dispatches.
Monitor competition and adjust strategies.
Achieve sales targets and give presentations.
Handle complaints and follow up on orders.
Preparing and submitting sales quotations.
Study regional competition and align strategies.
Conduct site visits for installations and feedback.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
