Role Description The Territory Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves driving sales and revenue growth for NoBroker's products and services within an assigned territory, including identifying and onboarding property owners, housing societies, and other partners. The Territory Sales Executive will conduct regular field visits, pitch offerings, negotiate contracts, and manage end-to-end sales cycles. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships, achieving sales targets, tracking market trends, and providing feedback to internal teams on customer needs. The role also requires accurate reporting, coordination with operations and customer success teams, and representing NoBroker's brand and values in all external interactions.
Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with property owners, societies, and partners.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, understand customer requirements, and tailor solutions to local territory needs.
  • Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and mobile applications to manage leads, track performance, and report activities.
  • Proven experience in field sales, real estate, PropTech, or related customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Gurugram territory and maintain a high level of on-ground presence.
