Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shimla, India. The responsibilities include conducting daily diagnostic and laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with quality assurance programs, generating reports, and maintaining accurate data records. The incumbent will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the timely delivery of test results and provide support for special diagnostic procedures when required. The role also involves adhering to established protocols and contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Diagnostic Procedures, Analytical Skills, and Laboratory Protocols
• Attention to detail, Report Writing, and Data Analysis
• Knowledge of Quality Control Standards and Compliance Protocols
• Effective Communication, Team Collaboration, and Process Improvement Skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Understanding of Molecular Diagnostics, Histopathology, and Cytogenetics is an asset
• Certifications or accreditations in relevant specialties are highly regarded
• Prior experience in a diagnostic or medical laboratory is preferred
