Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead client visits, maintain relationships with existing customers, and actively identify and develop new business opportunities across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit existing clients to maintain and grow relationships
- Identify and reach out to new potential customers (industrial, commercial, electrical contractors, builders, etc.)
- Present product ranges, pricing, and offerings effectively
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, follow-ups, and order fulfillment
- Build strong market presence and brand visibility in assigned areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (electrical or related preferred)
- 25 years of experience in B2B field sales (electrical industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
- Basic computer/email proficiency
- Candidates preferred from Kerala, preferably with domicile in Ernakulam
Salary & Benefits:
- 3 lakhs- 4.2 lakhs CTC + annual incentives
