Purpose Of The Role

  • To generate volume, market share and receivables.

Detailed Responsibility

  • Introducing and making availability of Brands in all shops as per outlet classification.
  • Creating brand visibility and merchandising in outlets.
  • Tracking competition activities in their assigned areas.
  • Manage brand availability, order management, and promotional activities.
  • Provide daily business reporting and feedback to supervisor.
  • Resolve customer and retailer complaints, ensure proper market coverage through sales force automation, and continuously improve outlet and visit coverage.
  • Coordinate with distributors/wholesalers/corporations to ensure timely delivery of stock to the market.
  • Conduct Retail Bar promotions at assigned outlets in the evening.
  • Attaining monthly/yearly targets w.r.t. the above points.
