Purpose Of The Role
- To generate volume, market share and receivables.
Detailed Responsibility
- Introducing and making availability of Brands in all shops as per outlet classification.
- Creating brand visibility and merchandising in outlets.
- Tracking competition activities in their assigned areas.
- Manage brand availability, order management, and promotional activities.
- Provide daily business reporting and feedback to supervisor.
- Resolve customer and retailer complaints, ensure proper market coverage through sales force automation, and continuously improve outlet and visit coverage.
- Coordinate with distributors/wholesalers/corporations to ensure timely delivery of stock to the market.
- Conduct Retail Bar promotions at assigned outlets in the evening.
- Attaining monthly/yearly targets w.r.t. the above points.
