Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit opticians and accessories stores with product samples to generate orders.
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.
  • Conduct sales events and roadshows to showcase products and drive orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and proper channelization.
  • Collect payments from distributors and dealers; ensure no overdue payments.
  • Suggest plans to liquidate obsolete stocks at distributors and key dealers.
  • Implement company schemes, promotions, and brand plans in the market.
  • Ensure distributor claims are submitted and cleared on time.
  • Identify new store prospects and expand Luxottica brand presence.
  • Explore new towns and develop business opportunities in the territory.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
