Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales professional to develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for a designated territory. This role is crucial for building strong customer relationships, monitoring sales performance, and staying ahead of market trends to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory, identifying key opportunities and strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to drive sales and retention.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the territory.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and promote sales.
