Territory Manager

XPEL is currently seeking a Territory Manager to increase our sales and market share in all segments. This person will be responsible for overall sales of XPEL products in their assigned territory. The automotive market encompasses the automobile aftermarket, including window tint installers, body shops, franchises, and independent professional installers as well as new car dealerships. The building and construction market includes architects, engineers, window tint companies and other energy efficiency and related industries.

Territory Manager - Region: Tamil Nadu – Chennai/Coimbatore)

What Will You Do

• You will drive growth within your region, with 100% focus on being in the field with current and potential customers.
• You'll build strong, long-term relationships with clients, deliver excellent service, and spot new commercial opportunities.
• Analyze customer product usage, introduce new products, and maximize revenue.
• Act as the primary contact for customers via email, phone, online meetings, and in-person visits.
• Work closely with the Sales Support and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
• Stay on top of market trends and turn opportunities into action.

What Do We Expect

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in automotive products or services sold to automotive dealerships.

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and well-organized.

Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Fluent in English and Tamil (Malayalam is a plus!).

Willing to travel 100% within your territory (valid driver's license required).

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Residing in Chennai or Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu).
