Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur, responsible for driving sales, distribution, and brand visibility within the assigned territory. The role involves managing channel partners and retail networks, implementing sales plans, and achieving revenue, volume, and profitability targets for Usha's product portfolio. The Territory Manager will regularly visit market locations, conduct store audits, monitor inventory levels, and ensure effective merchandising and display standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, tracking competitor activity, and coordinating with regional and head office teams for promotions, pricing, and supply chain support. The role also includes preparing sales reports, forecasting demand, supporting after-sales service coordination, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management, channel management, and dealer/distributor relationship building.
- Experience in retail and trade marketing activities such as merchandising, in-store promotions, and brand visibility enhancement.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and basic MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Solid understanding of consumer durables or FMCG market dynamics; prior experience in similar industries is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities, with a focus on execution and meeting targets.
- Ability to work independently in the field, travel extensively within the territory, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
