About the Role
The Senior Territory Manager - Suvidha is responsible for sourcing loans from the market using DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners, while establishing a quality portfolio. This role involves managing a team, maintaining strong relationships, fostering cooperation, and communicating effectively across various mediums. The role holder must ensure adherence to policies and guidelines, executing tasks in a manner that supports sales and mitigates risk, thereby contributing to the bank's broader objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Source and manage channels from the market and acquire business from them.
- Ensure a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
- Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends.
- Identify changing market trends and develop channels for acquiring business while providing high-quality customer service.
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer service.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Create an environment for the team to focus on digital enablement to holistically fulfill customer needs.
- Drive initiatives to meet the bank's rapid growth targets.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Relevant educational qualifications in finance, business administration, or related fields.
Experience
- Proven 3 years experience in BFSI, particularly in loan against property.
- Experience in managing teams and working with DSAs/DSTs and channel partners.
Skills and Attributes
