Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager (Specification) based in Mumbai & Ahmedabad. The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, analyzing market trends, collaborating with customers to provide exceptional service, and managing sales operations within the assigned territory. The individual will work to build and maintain strong relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure the successful implementation of company strategies in alignment with market needs.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and evaluate performance
- Experience in business planning and executing sales strategies effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships and convey ideas clearly
- Proven track record in providing top-tier customer service and fostering long-term relationships
- Knowledge of sales operations and the ability to manage territory-based projects efficiently
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet goals
- Prior industry experience and familiarity with electrical and digital infrastructure solutions are a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is advantageous
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
