Position: Territory Manager – Internet Leased Line

To support this growth, we are hiring a driven and experienced Territory Manager – Internet Leased Line for Coimbatore, Erode, and Tirupur.

Job Role: Territory Manager – Internet Leased Line

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales to businesses and managing a robust channel partner network. You will focus on acquiring new customers, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, and ensuring the successful deployment of leased line services

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Internet Leased Line (ILL) services in the SME and enterprise segments.

Generate leads through direct client interactions, field visits, and channel networks.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet assigned revenue targets.

Present technical and commercial proposals to clients and close deals effectively.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers and key decision-makers.

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client connectivity needs and delivering customized solutions.

Ensure client satisfaction through smooth coordination with technical and support teams.

Market Research & Intelligence

Conduct regular field visits and gather insights into market trends, competition, and customer feedback.

Provide timely and actionable reports to the management for strategy refinement.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, sales activities, and partner performance using CRM tools.

Collaborate with internal teams including technical, logistics, billing, and customer support to ensure service delivery.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales and channel sales, preferably in telecom, ISP, or enterprise connectivity solutions.

Proven experience in selling Internet Leased Line or similar enterprise-grade services.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage operations across multiple cities.

Deep familiarity with Coimbatore, Erode, and Tirupur business environments.

Language proficiency: Tamil (mandatory) and English

Requirement with Key Skills

Business, Marketing, or a related field.
