As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Sales department, L7 - IN - INDOASIAN. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with our marketing team to create effective campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to offer competitive solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a coordinated approach and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and a results-driven mindset.
  • Customer-centric approach and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools for efficient sales management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
