Dealer Network Management: Strengthen our presence by appointing new dealers and reviving existing networks to ensure full market coverage.
Capacity Building: Train dealers and their staff on product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure sustainable growth.
Sales & Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the sales process from inquiry to closing.
Service & Support: Oversee product installations, manage periodical servicing, and resolve service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Handle demand forecasting, product planning, and MIS reporting while managing regional commercial issues.
What We Are Looking For
Education: B.Tech or DME in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
Local Language is Mandatory
Experience: 25 years of relevant experience in the industry.
Technical Skills: Strong technical and application knowledge, including the ability to drive tractors with implements
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills. You should be assertive, energetic, and able to work effectively under pressure
Language: Fluency in the local language is essential for success in this territory
