Job Description

Territory Leadership:Lead and manage the REMG operations within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, enhance client relationships, and achieve revenue targets
Team Management:Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate professionals, including property managers, leasing agents, and administrative staff
Provide guidance, performance feedback, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
Address client inquiries, concerns, and needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Property Portfolio Management:Oversee the management of a portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial real estate
Monitor property performance, occupancy rates, lease agreements, and maintenance activities
