Role Overview:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving inside sales in the Mumbai region. This strategic role requires leadership skills to manage and guide the sales team while ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage inside sales operations and oversee a team of sales representatives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and engagement.

What You Should Have:

  • 7 years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
  • Experience in data analytics, sales strategies, and operational planning.
  • Knowledge of customer engagement techniques and performance metrics.
