About the Role
The Territory Manager – Personal Loan (DSA) is responsible for sourcing and managing Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channels across multiple locations to drive personal loan business. This pan-India role focuses on acquiring quality business, minimizing delinquencies, and delivering high standards of customer service. The Territory Manager plays a strategic role in identifying market trends, developing new channels, and contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the Retail Banking division.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Source and manage DSA channels to acquire personal loan business from the market.
- Ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and application rejections.
- Maintain deep knowledge of retail asset products, operational processes, and current market trends.
- Identify changing market dynamics and develop new channels to expand business reach.
- Deliver high-quality customer service through efficient channel management.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and service standards.
