Role/Job Title: Territory Manager-Personal Loan (DSA)
Job Purpose
The Territory Manager Personal Loan (DSA) is responsible for sourcing and managing Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channels across multiple locations to drive personal loan business. This pan-India role focuses on acquiring quality business, minimizing delinquencies, and delivering high standards of customer service. The Territory Manager plays a strategic role in identifying market trends, developing new channels, and contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the Retail Banking division.
Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and manage DSA channels to acquire personal loan business from the market.
- Ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and application rejections.
- Maintain deep knowledge of retail asset products, operational processes, and current market trends.
- Identify changing market dynamics and develop new channels to expand business reach.
- Deliver high-quality customer service through efficient channel management.
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and service standards.
Education Qualification
Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
