Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Acquire new personal loan customers across identified segments and geographies.
- Manage a team of DSTs to drive high-quality Personal Loan sourcing.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with selling norms, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of sourcing quality and customer service.
Channel & Lead Management
- Oversee multiple sourcing channels including branches, DSTs, and central lead funnels.
- Ensure leads received from central teams are promptly and effectively attended.
- Organize and execute lead generation and promotional activities at identified locations to generate Open market business
- Work closely with branch teams to maximize business potential from walk-ins and referrals.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Conduct catchment mapping to identify and target potential customer segments.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
- Candidate Profile
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 1 years in sales or banking, preferably in personal loans or retail banking.
