Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Acquire new personal loan customers across identified segments and geographies.
  • Manage a team of DSTs to drive high-quality Personal Loan sourcing.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with selling norms, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of sourcing quality and customer service.

Channel & Lead Management

  • Oversee multiple sourcing channels including branches, DSTs, and central lead funnels.
  • Ensure leads received from central teams are promptly and effectively attended.
  • Organize and execute lead generation and promotional activities at identified locations to generate Open market business
  • Work closely with branch teams to maximize business potential from walk-ins and referrals.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Conduct catchment mapping to identify and target potential customer segments.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Candidate Profile

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

Experience

  • Minimum 1 years in sales or banking, preferably in personal loans or retail banking.
