We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager – Parts After Market (PAM) who thrives on complexity and is passionate about building strong channel relationships. This role is crucial for ensuring our Hero Genuine Parts (HGP) and Hero Genuine Oil (HGO) reach every corner of the market while elevating the experience for our retailers and technicians
Your High-Impact Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales strategy, from sales planning to achieving retail and dispatch targets
- Deepen market presence by strengthening ties with the existing Parts Distributor & Dealer Network and appointing new distributors
- Drive per counter market share growth using key metrics like Unique Range Sold and SKU per Retailer
- Ensure critical last mile connectivity by engaging End Users through programs like Asli Hero Technician (AH Activation & Registration)
- Address complex challenges such as establishing new products (HGO) against fierce competition and implementing digitization despite technology illiteracy in the market
Required Profile
- Experience: 3-5 years in After Market/After Sales
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- Skills: Strong technical/commercial knowledge, proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel), and excellent communication and presentation abilitiy
