Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Territory Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Howrah. The Territory Manager will drive sales and business development, establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, and promote Panacea Biotec's products. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying business opportunities, executing marketing strategies, providing product information, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills and experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, particularly in key therapeutic areas
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic solutions
- Enthusiasm for working on-site and collaborating with local teams
- Relevant prior experience in sales, marketing, or product promotion in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in digital tools and reporting for monitoring and presenting sales performance
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven with excellent organizational skills
