Role Description
- Target Achievement:Continually meet or exceed sales quotas for the assigned geographic territory through targeted sales and recurring business.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital purchase heads, infection control teams, and industrial safety managers.
- Distributor Management:Appoint, train, and coach distributor teams on specific product knowledge to maximize their sales effectiveness.
- Market Expansion:Identify and convert new business opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic centres.
- Strategic Planning:Develop monthly territory sales plans, track competitor activities, and gather market intelligence on tenders and new projects.
- Field Engagement:Represent the company at medical exhibitions, Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, trade shows.
- Data Reporting:To plan Daily calls in line with the company guidelines and update the same on a daily basis. Daily update to be done in the company's Field Force Reporting (FFR) Software. Ensure full input of all data in FFR
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills with a focus on business development and account management.
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales planning, and strategy execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and extract actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Proven experience in managing sales targets and growing market share in a specific territory.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
