Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, or channel partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.)
  • Prepare regular reports on territory performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or territory management
  • Strong understanding of the market and customer needs in the assigned area
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the territory

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Leadership qualities (if managing a team)
