Job Description

Role Summary

The Territory Manager will drive endtoend sales, business development, and key account management for industrial water treatment solutions across the Vizag region. The role focuses on expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering revenue growth through technical solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own territory P&L and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across industrial, manufacturing, chemical, pharma, and process industries.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through regular reviews, performance tracking, and valueadded solution proposals.
  • Conduct site audits, water analysis discussions, and technical presentations to position the company's treatment programs.
  • Collaborate with application engineers, service teams, and channel partners to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer requirements to shape territory strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and sales reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and technical forums.

Candidate Profile

  • 38 years of sales experience in industrial water treatment, chemicals, cooling towers, boilers, RO/UF systems, or related process industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of water chemistry and treatment programs.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory independently and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Vizag; strong regional market knowledge preferred.
  • Engineering or Science degree (Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental) preferred.
