Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and follow-ups.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the territory.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory coverage.

Team Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
  • Train and guide junior sales representatives or field staff as required.
  • Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business metrics.
  • Support management in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 48 years of experience in sales, territory management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
