Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Address client queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the territory.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory coverage.
Team Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
- Train and guide junior sales representatives or field staff as required.

Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 48 years of experience in sales, territory management, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
