Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Wardha. The Territory Manager will oversee operations in the assigned region, ensuring the growth of the business and smooth execution of processes. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing customer relationships, analyzing market data, ensuring compliance with company policies, leading cross-functional teams, and mentoring team members. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and reach operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Strategic Decision Making
- Experience in Team Leadership, Mentoring, and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Sound knowledge of finance products, operational processes, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in housing finance or a related sector will be advantageous
- Fluency in regional languages and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
