Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals, focusing on quality and quantity of E - Two-Wheeler.
Maintaining relationship with Manufacturing team and work closely with them
Developing strategies and business plans for further growth of ETWL Segment at business in his Territory.
Ensure presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the Territory assigned to him for ETWL.
Competition mapping, keeping track of competition in market & be updated on all market trends.
Maintaining relationships with key channel partners/Dealers.
Monitoring the schemes, Team performance, training and managing Sales Managers(ETWL). Gate keeper of processes at the ground . Ensuring quality of sales and collection
Resolving Customer escalations and grievances
Cluster level achievements of budgeted numbers, in line with company budgets.
Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance.
Abide by laid down companies policies and processes
Candidate Profile Required :-
Post Graduate preferred with 3-5 Years of relevant work experience.
Prior experience in channel management for similar product
