Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager based in Malappuram, Kerala. The Territory Manager will oversee and manage Eduport's operations and sales within a specified geographic region. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, implementing strategies to expand the market presence, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role may also involve managing a team to meet organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in client relationship management, market research, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate team members effectively
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills, alongside a customer-centric approach
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure smooth territory operations
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office suite for planning and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge or experience in the Edu-Tech or E-learning industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred
