About the Role
The Territory Manager Sales (Retail Banking) is responsible for sourcing loans from the market through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and existing channel partners. Based in Mumbai, this role focuses on building a high-quality loan portfolio, managing a team, and fostering strong relationships across stakeholders. The Territory Manager ensures adherence to internal policies and guidelines, balancing sales growth with risk management, and contributing to the bank's broader strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Fulfill and convert the leads sourced through call centres
- Acquire new business from the market while maintaining portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
- Maintain deep knowledge of retail asset products, operational processes, and current market trends.
- Identify changing market dynamics and develop new channels to expand business reach.
- Deliver high-quality customer service through effective channel engagement and support.
- Drive key conversion efficiency metrics
- Resourcing and deploying the DSTs to effectively fulfil the leads
- Ensure effective implementation of process and policy while sourcing the business
Secondary Responsibilities
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication across teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational activities.

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in BFSI
